Olivia 9 months

Olivia turned 9 months on Sept. 25th. Hard to believe.
She is just my little sweetheart. Olivia has not reached the typical 9 month milestones yet like speaking in full sentences, writing her name, etc. Instead, she's content sitting and playing with her toys and grabbing only what is in arms reach. She hates and when I say hate, I mean it....she hates being on her belly and is showing no desire to crawl, pull herself up, etc. I actually look forward to her crawling around and eventually walking. I think babies are much happier when they are more mobile. Plus, Isabella will be so happy once Olivia can move around with her.
Her personality is shining through more and more. She's definitely my shy one. She cuddles up close to me when she sees another stranger getting close and when she's tired, she'll just cuddle on the couch with me. Isabella never did that. Olivia is incredibly observant and doesn't miss a thing. She smiles a lot and screams when she's happy. It's hard to get her to giggle, but when she does, it's the cutest thing in the world.

Organization = Happiness

Thanks to Ikea, I am now a happy person. The toys were taking over the house and now they are neatly organized and tucked away in their bins. What's not to love?

Playing with dad

Olivia loves to wrestle with dad, especially when she feels like she has the upper hand, as is the case in this picture.

Teething...

I hope the worst is over for Olivia. For a few days poor Olivia was not a happy baby. She's now back to her happy self and enjoying life.

Sisters

It's fun to catch Isabella and Olivia playing together and just smiling and laughing. Because it usually doesn't last too long, I'm rarely able to grab the camera, but this time I captured a few moments.

All Fired Up

We enjoyed an afternoon at All Fired Up where Isabella and Olivia enjoyed story time and Isabella painted a little dog pink. She was very focused on painting every inch.

Fall

This last week has felt a lot like Fall. You can almost smell it in the air. It's a bit chilly in the morning and then warms up nicely in the afternoon. I still think that we'll have at least another week of summer=-like temperature because it feels like we never really had a summer this year. I can count on one hand the number of times I turned on the A/C.
The girls and I are enjoying our days at the park, going on midday runs and working in the yard.

The Phillies

Even though the Phillies lost the game last night, it was still a lot of fun. Isabella loved it. She was clapping and cheering and having the greatest time. Olivia also loved the crowd, but the game tired her out and she was asleep by the 7th inning.
