Cherry Blossoms

We spent the weekend in Washington D.C. enjoying the Cherry Blossom Festival and celebrating the beginning of Spring. This festival commemorates the gift of 3,000 cherry trees from Japan in 1912. Isabella loved the road trip and I enjoyed the hotel room service.

I've been on the hunt for child care for Isabella and it's proving to be much more challenging than I expected. From an overcrowded daycare run by Ursula's evil twin to the perfect in-home daycare for a minimum of $80/day, yes really.....that's right, $80/day, I'm tempted by the solution in this video.
