I'm on a mission to plan out our weekly meals and buy the things that are strictly on my list. So, I'm experimenting with different recipes and stumbled upon this awesome blog. I made her king ranch chicken casserole and it was delish! I'm excited to infuse some good ol' fashioned Texan flavor into our New Jersey meals.

Just noticed that Katie and I have separate listings on your blog roll, and it makes us look like we're no longer together. Trust me, things are good now. I've moved off the couch and am allowed to sleep at the foot of our bed. If I'm nice I'll get a blanket next week.
oh that looks delicious!! I've been planning to have enchiladas for two weeks now. Guess I should go ahead and make them LOL
I can vouch for King Ranch chicken. It was good.
